2nd extended edition, with an introduction by Dr. Boutros Boutros-Ghali and a foreword by Graham Watson, March 2010
In this pamphlet the case for promoting global democracy through a United Nations Parliamentary Assembly was made by four Members of the European Parliament across the political spectrum.
