Campaign for a United Nations Parliamentary Assembly

The Committee for a Democratic UN (KDUN) is cofounder and Secretariat of the Campaign for the Establishment of a United Nations Parliamentary Assembly (CEUNPA) which was launched in April 2007.

The campaign is supported by over 700 elected representatives, 150 civil society organizations and numerous leading individuals from over 130 countries. The policy of the campaign is described in the "Appeal for the Establishment of a Parliamentary Assembly at the United Nations".

In a strategy paper presented in 2004 KDUN has come forward with several detailed recommendations.
